This post is going to be quick tonight because yoga is calling my name. I don’t have any exciting eats to share. In fact, my food today was rather lame. Steamed veggies are just not that entertaining anymore. But I did get a late Christmas present delivery from Amazon today. I finally bought a spiralizer.

A Spiralizer! How exciting, but I have to say I had never heard of one before today. What a great way to make sweet potato fries!
I just read another post about a spiralizer! She made zucchini noodles and I really loved i (or at least I loved the pictures). I have added one to my wish list

Oh, I’m having the exact same one in blue! I love it, it’s easy to use and if you swap it with hot water right after using, it’s perfectely clean and ready to be used again. Best of luck with your new gadet!
